Cancellation Policy

Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled in the app up to twelve hours before the start time. Cancel inside that window and the class is deducted in full.

A missed class without cancellation is charged in full, regardless of package type.

If a spot opens you will be notified in the app and have thirty minutes to confirm before it passes to the next person.

If we cancel a class, the credit is returned to your account immediately and you may rebook any available slot.

Unlimited memberships can be frozen once per cycle for medical reasons, with supporting documentation.
