Terms and Conditions

All classes are booked through our app or at the studio desk, and are confirmed only once payment is received. Classes cap at five people and are allocated on a first-come basis.

Packages are personal and non-transferable. Validity runs from the date of first use. Unused classes expire at the end of the validity period and are not refundable or extendable except at our discretion.

You must disclose injuries, medical conditions and pregnancy before class. You train at your own risk and agree to follow your coach's instructions on the machine at all times.

Grip socks are compulsory. Please arrive on time — late entry may be refused where it disrupts the class or compromises safety.

We may revise pricing and schedules. Changes do not affect packages already purchased within their validity period.

LSN is not liable for personal belongings left in the studio, or for injury arising from failure to follow instruction or disclose a relevant medical condition.
